**The Company**

This is a a distinguished employee-owned engineering design consultancy, recognized for its expertise in a spectrum of disciplines, including civil engineering, traffic & transport engineering, surveying, town planning, urban design, water resource engineering, environmental engineering, and landscape architecture.

Their robust presence extends across 13 offices in Victoria and New South Wales, housing a dedicated team of over 400 professionals committed to delivering impactful solutions

**The Role**

As a result of their growth they are looking for a Civil Drafter to join the team working across a range of Land development projects.

There is also an opportunity for the right individual to be taught how to use the design package 12D, offering a natural transition into a trainee design role if they desire.

**The Responsibilities**

As a Civil Drafter, you will be
- Ensuring that your projects are delivered on-time
- They have the appropriate drafting resources allocated
- All associated budgets are met
- Liaise with all stakeholders and communicate effectively with them

**The Requirements**

They are looking for you to demonstrate:

- Experience of delivering an range of land development projects that includes staged subdivisions of all sizes
- Strong AutoCAD skills and experience
- Any design experience would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Australian experience is essential, with NSW experience being highly sought-after
