We are currently looking for an innovative, driven, and experienced Bulk Earthworks Supervisor with a wealth of industry knowledge to join our fun and culture focused team, on Regional Victorian projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Leading from the front and driving our culture and vision to lead the industry through safety.
- Manage and coordinate all staff and subcontractors on site.
- Coordinate trades and labour.
- Manage WHS - Safety focused
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality and budget targets.
- Demonstrated background in Civil Supervision.
- Good on-site problem-solving expertise and attention to detail
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Good understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- A sound understanding of civil construction methodologies and standards.

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record in Early works, Remediation, Pipeline construction, Bulk Earthworks Crushing and Screening.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service.
- Provide support to the Project Manager and Project Engineer by leading the civil workers
- Experience in reporting and policy monitoring
- Intermediate computer skills
- Construction white card and relevant tickets
