- The Opportunity:
Toll Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Administration Assistant to join our Retail & Consumer team at Prestons, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations, with Telstra as our valued customer.

This role is a fixed term contract until April 2025, and will work Monday - Friday 38 hours a week. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will cover administration duties across the office and adjacent warehouse.

As the Operations Administration Assistant, you will:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key Telstra customers and operations staff.- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of safe working practices to eliminate downtime due to accidents or injuries.- Manage payroll processes and timesheets for all areas of the Distribution Center and ensure timely recording of timesheets, submission of leave forms, and accurate review of worked hours.- Ensure all visitors and contractors are properly inducted and adhere to safety protocols.- Control documentation distribution, including internal and external communications.- Manage office equipment, supplies, and stationery.- Order uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment for staff in accordance with relevant guidelines.

About you:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with payroll experience, in a logistics or similar industry.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Familiarity with WH&S procedures and payroll processes.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
