- **Minimum 2+ Years of Experience**: You've worked in a fast-paced café and know how to keep up with a rush while maintaining top-quality coffee.
- **Coffee Expert**: You're confident working alone on the machine, dialing in grinders, and making adjustments to get that perfect shot.
- **Passionate**: You live and breathe coffee - it’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle.
- **Versatile Team Player**: Whether working solo or as part of a team, you handle pressure like a pro.
- **Weekend Availability**: Weekends are a must - this is when we’re busiest, and we need someone who’s ready to shine
