Receptionist (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a friendly and approachable part-time receptionist with excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact in our busy Long Jetty office. As a receptionist you will be instrumental in creating positive first impressions and assisting with the overall efficiency and management of our Long Jetty office.
Some of your responsibilities
- Providing a welcoming customer experience to all clients and visitors
- Assisting with the A -Z of administration, particularly for our Sales and Property Management team and general office duties
- Answering all incoming calls, distributing calls and taking accurate and detailed messages
- Assisting with maintenance of the office and reporting any maintenance issues
- Responding to incoming customer enquiries
- Maintaining a professional demeanour with professional standards of dress at all time
Who you are
- Ideally have some industry experience in real estate or customer service
- Have excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- The capacity to empathise with customers, remain calm under pressure and maintain client confidentiality
- Describe yourself as a self-starter, able to organise your time effectively
- Proactive attitude with the desire to improve processes and procedures
- Sound computer skills and not afraid to learn new tools and software
Nice to haves
- Previous experience in a real estate agency environment or other administrative/reception role
- A current property certificate of registration
- A current Driver’s License and/or your own car
- Experience with Rex Software and/or Console Cloud
