**Salary range $89,558 - $110,146 plus super**
With the help of over 30,000 people over 100 years, we have built, maintained, and refurbished hydropower infrastructure across Tasmania. We’re fuelling the future of energy with the power of the past, and we need skilled and reliable people to join us to provide timely day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers for queries across the employee lifecycle.

Your experience in HR along with a strong customer service focus will set you up for success in this role. Your skills will include:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the demonstrated ability to set work priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and work creatively to problem solve complex people matters.
- A demonstrated ability to build trust with stakeholders and achieve best for person and business outcomes.
- A passion for people and developing your skills and knowledge as a HR professional.

**About the role**:
To put it simply, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice to employees and managers within Hydro Tasmania, in consultation with the People Partner team. This role will utilise your customer service and communication skills to provide advice and guidance to ensure an excellent employee experience.
As a HR Advisor at Hydro Tasmania, you will:
- Assist the HR Business Partners, managers and employees with generalist support and advice through your demonstrated experience of interpreting relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and policies for tailored advice.
- Effectively support the onboarding, offboarding, and SAP/SuccessFactors establishment management processes across the organisation.
- Support other projects and initiatives which contribute to achieving our strategic objectives, including identifying opportunities for contemporary practice.
