**The Role: Storeperson, Compounding**

A great opportunity has become available for a Storeperson to join our Compounding Team in a **full-time, permanent opportunity based on site at our Brunswick **site.

You will be responsible for (ST/OT orders) and receipt (OP and ST/OT orders) of materials into the pharmacy to meet internal and external customer requirements.

You will be working alongside an experienced team with an opportunity to develop your leadership skills.

**Hours**:
**Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 12:30 pm
- 8:30pm**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Complies with mandatory GMP/GDP/EHS
- Complies with Pharmacy Operations EHS Requirements
- Maintaining inventory/stock
- Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centers and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
- Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
- Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
- Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Implementation of lean in store area
- Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
- Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
- Other pharmacy duties as required
- Re-filling shelves ensuring stock rotation
- End of the month stocktake
- Other duties may include picking of materials and ancillaries to assist production
- Supervising and prioritising work for picking assistants as required by daily production needs

You may be required to work between the hours of 5am - 10pm depending on the business requirements.

- Ability to adhere to procedure with good attention to detail.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Technician level (for internals)
