Ecommerce Assistant (Casual Position/Part Time)

We’re well known for our exclusive curation of Nordic and Australian design brands, as well as our outstanding customer service. Our team is looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to join us as we continue to grow our crew in the exciting interior industry.

**About The Role**

You will collaborate and assist the ecommerce and marketing team with an eye for details and love of interiors, whilst taking charge of day-to-day ecommerce and merchandising tasks. Working with a creative and driven team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference within a growing business.

**Responsibilities**

Your day-to-day will involve a wide range of ecommerce coordination and merchandising tasks such as:

- Product Management and category upkeeping: make sure the product catalogue is up to date from new uploads to categorisation - must comply with UX and SEO best practices.
- Content creation and cohesion: across the diverse areas of the website, you will assist in all aspects of on-site content creation while following best ecommerce practices from a UX and SEO perspective.
- Campaign and promotion support: assist and update the website with diverse marketing material to ensure constant coordination with our marketing and campaign calendar.
- Assist in managing aspects of our organic and paid media processes such as stakeholder liaison, managing campaign calendars and reporting.

You will be passionate about ensuring best practices are met by staying on top of ecommerce trends and insightful weekly & monthly Ecommerce reporting.

**About You**
- You have some Ecommerce experience
- You’re familiar with SEO best practices that need to be implemented from categorisation to on-site content
- You have excellent communication and copywriting skills
- You have an appreciation for interiors and good design
- You have a commercial mindset and be customer focused
- You are proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- You have a team spirit and are always willing to lend a hand
- A Marketing, Communications or another relevant degree would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with WooCommerce/ Cin7 and Google Analytics is a plus.
