**Job description**

International Talent Specialists are seeking experienced Rope Access Level 3 technicians for Supervisory, full time permanent positions.

**About the Role**

Our client is seeking experienced Rope Access Level 3 technicians to work across multiple sites in WA, including FIFO. The role will be Supervising small Teams in tasks relating to cleaning, maintenance and/or repair works.

Trades such as Boilermakers, Painters, Carpenters and Electricians highly regarded.

**Task & Responsibilities**
- Abseiling on buildings or structures, across various sites, to perform tasks including, but not limited to Inspecting, Painting, Rendering, Rigging, Repairing and Cleaning.
- Lead by example to create a safety focussed culture to achieve ongoing safe work practices.
- Ensure the provision of timely and cost-effective services, in line with the scope of works.
- Lead, guide, support, and direct the team.
- Identify and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Understand, participate, and contribute to daily pre-starts, audits, toolbox meetings, JSA’s (SWMS) and other health and safety initiatives/training as required.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, guidelines, standards, and safe work practices.
- Be conversant in all techniques for your appropriate level.
- Conduct pre-use checks of your own rope access equipment, as well as your Team.
- Manage all hazards, incidents, injuries and near misses, and co-ordinate with HSE Advisor, plus all other relevant stakeholders as applicable.
- Be vigilant of Company's assets, monitor, and report any activities resulting in the loss, misuse or misappropriation of Company assets or resources.
- Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain professional code of conduct at all times and with all dealings with clients and other contractors.
- Maintaining confidential information and adhering to the Privacy Act and company Code of Conduct at all times
- Ensure all administrative records, registers, systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Produce reports and deliverables as required.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Current IRATA Qualification Level 3
- Construction White Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates (within 2 years)
- IT/computer proficient
- Desired Qualifications:

- EWP Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

The Salary on offer will depend on experience.

Pay: $50.00 - $59.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
