Soil Conservation Service (SCS) is looking for experienced Projects Supervisors to undertake the design, construction and maintenance of fire trails, coastal erosion projects, land remediation, riparian works and erosion control works - for both public and private sector clients.

We encourage applicants with at least 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Project Supervision to apply. A heavy civil earthworks background or project manager skill-set with experience in delivering projects of between $250K to $1million successfully
meeting commercial KPI targets.

**About the role**:

- You would undertake both office and fieldwork, occasionally being 'hands on', whilst leading a small team to deliver natural area management projects
- You’ll work on fulfilling projects which are focused on protecting and enhancing our natural environment
- Internal support and mentoring are on tap, with collaboration and cooperation across all regions encouraged
- You’ll become part of an amazing, experienced, professional & friendly team, contributing, and learning from some of the best in the environment field

**About You**:
To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate experience in successful financial management of civil or environmental project and a practical working knowledge of financial management of earthworks or natural area management works.

You will also have a current NSW Drivers licence and willingness to travel.
