**Your role**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide effective and efficient administrative support within Admissions and carry out duties across all of the key areas of the Admissions Office operations
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of applicant data, timely responses to applicant enquiries, taking responsibility as required in following up with applicants to ensure records are complete and up to date, and exercising quality control over all communication to and with applicants
- Support and maintain internal database and registers, including identifying and tracking issues

**About you**:

- Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary or other education sector
- Highly developed communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures both internal and external to the University.
