Born in 2009, KPR has gone from strength to strength and survived some of the industries toughest conditions. With this, KPR is on the lookout for an experienced Bookkeeper & Finance Manager to join their family-like office environment located in Alexandria.

Responsiblities include but are not limited to:

- Track and record all account payables in to MYOB and manage payments
- End to end Invoice management including creation, amendments and disputes
- Compile and analyse financial information for statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Oversee revenue and expenditure
- Prepare BAS for external accountant
- Preparation and presentation of Reporting to Leadership team
- Payroll management for internal staff and site workers
- Management of Superannuation and entitlements for all employees
- Commission preparation for sales team
- Ad hoc admistrative duties working closely with Accounts and sales teams

About You:

- Genuine team player who will work closely with the sales team to drive timely reports
- A thorough and proactive planner
- Experience dealing with High performing sales teams
- Able to liaise with Accounts, Leadership and Sales team with timely reporting and advice
- Strong written and communication skilles

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alexandria, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
