**Job Summary**:As an HR Assistant at Peopleworks Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR-related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes, enhancing employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Support**:Assists in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- **Employee Records Management**:Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, both physical and digital.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. Assist in updating and organizing employee files.
- **Benefits Administration**:Assist with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.

Collaborate with employees to resolve benefits-related issues. Keep abreast of changes in benefits programs and communicate updates to employees.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.

Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- **Employee Relations**:Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.

Maintain a positive and respectful HR environment. Support HR in handling employee grievances and conflicts.
- **Compliance and Policies**:Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

Assist in compliance with labour laws and regulations. Participate in HR audits and reporting.
- **General Administrative Support**:Schedule meetings and appointments for the HR team.

Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with special HR projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

**Job Type**: Part-time
