This role will involve providing general support and advice on all people and culture matters and accurate administration of HR practices. With plenty of variety this role will also see you supporting the People and Culture team across the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, employee contracts, training, salary reviews and more. The HR Advisor will educate and Local Leads and team members on a range of HR related policies, procedures and systems.

You will assist with:

- Recruitment & selection
- Employment relations
- Performance management and conduct concerns
- Policies & procedures process improvement
- Grievance & complaint management
- Conducting investigations
- An understanding of current employment law
- Experience of interpreting employment contracts and problem solving.
- Experience using online recruitment systems and databases;
- Exceptional influencing and relationship building skills;
- Positively promote the organisation and represent our culture and core purpose;
- An awesome work ethic, which includes energy, attention to detail and self-motivation;
- Ability to use your own initiative to gather information and provide solid advice directly to team members
- Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving skills
- High personal work standards and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible and prioritise and organise work in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- An ability to provide advice and guidance around employee entitlements;

**Prerequisites**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification such as Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Organisational Psychology;
- At least 3 years’ experience at Advisor level either as a generalist or with an ER/IR focus
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence & own vehicle.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
