We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Space Planner on a Part-time basis working with one of our Global Partners based in Rhodes.

You will be working two days a week (flexible)

**Snapshot of your day**:

- Provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers
- Understanding of and the proactive involvement in Work Health Safety standards
- Communicate and follow up with stakeholders from ISS site Space Champions to client Workplace Strategist/Occupancy Planners/Space Planners to enable the collection of information
- Compile space planning reports and update databases for reporting purposes in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of information at all times
- Actively participate in ISS Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement processes in order to innovate and deliver best practice

**Minimum criteria**:

- Experience with space planning experience in an operational office environment;
- Previous experience in operating CAFM systems is highly regarded;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and 2D CAD programming;
