**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
Reporting to the Managing Director the Site Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of projects ensuring program deadlines are managed and met, budgets are maintained and the highest WHS standards are achieved. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for correspondence with clients throughout the project as well as the management of trades and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all onsite works to maximize efficiency and continuity of the works
- Manage the daily construction program ensuring works are planned and completed as per project plan
- Supervise construction and ensure compliance with plans, standards and codes
- Organise and coordinate trades and suppliers
- Undertake site inspections
- Maintain detailed site and project records including photo logs
- Correspondence with clients including fortnightly updates on their project, variations and delays
- Ensure all works are undertaken safely, communicate safety information to all onsite personnel.

**‘What you look like and need to demonstrate to be successful’**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Completed Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) CPC40110 or Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Site Management) CPC40508
- Sound understanding of BCA, Australian Standards and all Codes of Practice
- Good computer and software skills
- Ability to multi task and manage numerous jobs at one time
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to liaise with clients
- An in depth understanding of legislation, regulation and codes of practice relevant to construction and WHS.
- High level of knowledge interpreting specifications and drawings accurately.
- Valid white card.
- Full unencumbered driver’s license.
