The Opportunity:
You will need you to perform either a school run or general access run in the morning and evening, and then perform other charter and driving work for other Kinetic and O'driscoll's services during the day to make your full-time hours for the week.
You need to have experience as a bus driver, with great people skills, a good driving history, and able to effectively manage passengers whilst driving.
You will be responsible for safely operating the designated service, and may also be required to undertake ticketing, assisting passengers on and off your vehicle, and may be required to assist in the loading and unloading of luggage.
The boxes you'll tick:
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
- A current TAS Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence (or above)
- A Tasmanian Public Passenger Vehicle licence
- Working with Vulnerable People authority
- Be able to pass a pre‐employment functional and drug & alcohol clearance
- Australian Work Rights
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, or prepared to be vaccinated
