**The Role**

We're on the lookout for Sheet Metal Workers (SMW) and Laggers to join our team for long-term projects with our client in Pinjarra and Wagerup. Whether you prefer a casual or full-time commitment, we have positions available for ongoing work.

**We Offer**:

- Competitive Full-Time compensation starting at $38.00 per hour, along with overtime penalty rates. Enjoy additional Site Allowances ($3.46 per hour), Meal Allowances ($1.19 per hour), and Travel Allowances ranging from $50.00 to $75.00 per day.
- Competitive Casual pay starting at $47.50 per hour, plus overtime penalty rates. Benefit from Site Allowances ($3.46 per hour), Meal Allowances ($1.19 per hour), and Travel Allowances ranging from $50.00 to $75.00 per day.
- Family-friendly schedules ensuring you're home every night.
- Monday to Friday, from 0630 to 1500.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of trade experience.
- A relevant Trade Qualification in Light Fabrication (for SMWs).
- Desirable: Experience working on Alcoa locations.
- Completed Working at Heights training within the last 2 years.
- Completed Confined Spaces training within the last 2 years.
- Desirable: LF, WP High Risk Work License.
- Highly regarded: Asbestos Handling License.
- A current Driver’s license.
- The ability to meet site medical testing requirements..
