We are looking for an experienced real estate property manager to join our team As a property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities include:
Tenant Screening; Lease Agreements; Rent Collection; Property Maintenance; Marketing; Legal Compliance & etc

**Salary**: $51,612.83 - $70,207.10 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hurstville, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
