**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Social Workers to join the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division casual pool. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a lasting impact to the lives of those we serve while advancing your professional growth.

As a Social Worker in this vital role, you'll have the chance to positively influence the lives of individuals and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
