Whether you're supporting clients to stay connected to their family and friends, or helping them with tasks of daily living, as a Support Worker, you will make a difference every day and be truly valued.

Providing support to individuals throughout the local community, our clients currently have part-time (25 hours per week) with the opportunity to increase to full time hours available.

**About the Role**:

- Working with clients in their own homes, and out in the community.
- Support individuals and enrich communities.
- Help provide independence for an individual.
- Daily tasks will include personal care, as well as occasional transportation of clients to appointments/shopping, laundry, bed making, housekeeping, cleaning bathrooms, social support, and companionship.

**About You**:

- Minimum of Certificate III (or equivalent) in Aged Care/ Individual Support / Disability / Home and Community Care or in related disciplines ,
- Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker, WWCC clearances *_or willingness to obtain
- _Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- **Current valid Driver's Licence & reliable, fully insured vehicle** **(A must)** *_willingness to transport clients using own vehicle
- A kind, caring and empathetic nature, with a positive approach to client service
- Ability to use smart phones and handheld devices
- Bilingual (Greek language) would be a bonus, but it is not essential
