They are aligned to and supported by the Queensland public sector values.At the Principal Consultant level, it is expected you will bring a wealth of contemporary experience in delivering in several areas of organisational effectiveness.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Develop and deliver end-to-end contemporary organisational capability development and cultural change initiatives across the department.
- Contribute to significant organisational change initiatives, collaborating on project-based organisational change initiatives, driving change from concept and strategy through to implementation.
- Present and facilitate briefings and workshops for management and staff where required.
- Drive the growth of the desired culture through interventions across the organisation aligned to our values and strategic objectives and vision.
- Build positive internal stakeholder relationships, manage expectations and processes in a complex structure.
- Contemporise the RSHQ professional excellence framework and offerings across the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to exit) to meet the needs of an exemplar expert regulator.
- Liaise, consult and develop effective networks with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies, industry and business associations to deliver department outcomes.
- Maintain well-developed knowledge of contemporary organisational capability development frameworks, practices and solutions.
- Monitor emerging themes and trends in the organisation's cultural maturity, including Working for Queensland employee engagement survey, to inform best practice and most effective organisational capability and culture interventions and strategies.
- Contribute to the ongoing effectiveness of organisational capability team services and initiatives to ensure services support RSHQ's business outcomes.
