Receptionist

Laburnum Psychology is looking for a full time (or 4 days per week) Receptionist to join our current Admin team. There is potential for this role to grow into a more senior role overseeing the admin processes for the practice.

Personality fit is key in our recruitment process, which is how we have managed to create a team of lovely people. We are therefore looking for a warm, easy going person who has exceptional communication skills.

We need someone to be available to start as soon as possible. Extensive training will be provided.

We are a busy practice of 24 psychologists, each of whom know that our admin team are crucial to creating positive experiences for our clients and to keeping the entire practice on track. We have three reception staff rostered on most days, across our two sites. This prevents the feeling of overwhelm and will allow you to feel that you can do your work to a high standard.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients
- Answering the telephone in a professional and friendly manner
- Booking appointments and taking new client enquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and other third parties
- Liaising with doctors, staff, and allied health professionals
- Processing payments
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Other admin duties
