**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting to the Lead Liability Claims, you’ll be responsible for case managing an extensive range of liability claims. You’ll look after a portfolio of claims in the Liability Claims team, from notification to finalisation, all while providing great customer care to our internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll consider policy response and initiate and progress liability claims settlements within delegated authority. The claims’ handling work is varied and challenging and will require you to draw on your existing knowledge of liability principles.

This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week.

**Please note**: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Customers focussed experience and capability to manage difficult situations with an ability to show empathy and diffuse conflict situations.
- Effective strategic thinking in liability claims or alike insurance matters.
- Highly developed communication, skilled in policy interpretation as well as conflict resolution and negotiations skills
- Effective in fostering positive relationships with peers, customers and successfully manage business partners.
- 3+ years in the insurance industry, ideally managing Liability claims or claims with similarities and nuances.
