Dental Receptionist

**About Us**

Nova Smiles Dental is a family-owned private dental practice located in Wallsend NSW and we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our incredible team.

**About You**
- Understand the important role a receptionist plays in developing a dental practice through effective appointment scheduling and management
- Enjoys working in a team and playing a vital role connecting the clinical and administration parts of a dental practice
- Enjoys problem solving and organisation
- Has an exceptional ability to communicate with patients and the broader team in a collaborative environment

**Responsibilities**

The successful applicant will require experience in, but not limited to;
- Professional Etiquette in answering busy telephones
- Basic understanding of Dentistry to assist with patient questions and assist with treatment plan discussions
- Maintaining busy appointment books and scheduling
- Processing HiCaps and EFTPOS transactions
- Building relationships with patients and community
- Maintenance of stock to assist with ordering supplies

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
