**Position**

Full-time position for a Watersports Instructor is available in Caloundra QLD 4551

**Skills**

You must have at least a relevant AQF Certificate IV + at least 3 years of relevant work experience and must be a qualified IKO Senior Instructor.

**Responsibilities**:
The role of the Watersports Instructor is to effective and safely teach individuals rudimentary and advanced techniques across the sports of kitesurfing, windsurfing, Stand UP Paddle Boarding and Wing Foiling.

**Duties**:
You must undertake the below duties with continual consideration of the company protocol upholding the company brand at all times
- Leading and instructing students as to all aspects of the watersports we teach, these being, kitesurfing, windsurfing, Stand Up Paddleboarding and wing foiling
- Responsible for daily operations of the school
- Ensure maintenance of all equipment
- Promotion of activity within the school and shop
- Organisation and participation of watersports events
- Provide additional instruction or supervision to novice students.
- Assist beginners and advanced students with selection of equipment suitable to customer fit for best enjoyment.
- Ensure safety, well-being and enjoyment of students at all times.
- Other duties as directed by the general manager Sunshine Coast Boardsports.
- Additional functions include shop and office duties.

**Salary**:
Annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 (or $27.83 - $32.89 / hour) based on experience.
