**About the Role**:
A newly-created role in a growing business, this is a terrific career development opportunity on a path towards either Marketing brand management, or Sales account management: you’ll have exposure to both. You’ll work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to manage and deliver an engaging retail activation strategy that will increase brand visibility/awareness & support the customer experience (driving conversion at point of purchase) in both bricks & mortar and online retail channels.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll be
- Working alongside brand & sales team members to develop omni-channel assets and activations that maximise brand visibility & customer engagement - this includes:

- instore displays
- point-of-purchase
- catalogues
- digital banners
- and other sales tools
- Supporting the development of brand education tools for key retail partners (e.g., brochures, training sheets, videos, workshops)
- Managing trade event opportunities including industry expos, retailer events & consumer events through retailers
- Developing & managing relationships with key external stakeholders & suppliers
- Managing projects to meet deadlines & budgets
- Working collaboratively with brand & sales business analyst to report on effectiveness of implemented trade marketing executions, & providing insights & recommendations

**About You - and Your Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 yrs.’ experience in a product-based, shopper/trade marketing (or related) role
- Some experience working across retail channels: Pharmacy, Grocery, Dept Stores, Online
- Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Commerce or related a plus
- Genuinely passionate about beauty, health & wellness & keen to bring these kinds of brands to life in-store & in online stores
- Must be super organized & be able to efficiently handle multiple brands & projects at once
- Exceptional project management skills
- Creative but also great with attention to detail & meeting deadlines
- An eye for design & visual messaging, even though you’re not a designer
- Team player and positive “can do” attitude
