Credit Controller

**About the Company**

Our client is a family owned, manufacturing business who pride themselves on being committed to environmentally friendly work practises. They are currently seeking a **Credit Controller** based in their fitted-out head office based in Eagle Farm.

**About the Role**
Your duties may include:

- Managing inbound & outbound calls to investigate, identify and establish relationships with clients with outstanding debts
- Manage, negotiate, monitor, and process payments and payment arrangements
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve client discrepancies/disputes
- Operate within a set SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to identify risks, manage, and reduce debts, and identify areas for improvement
- Assess client accounts and recommend remedial action as required
- Conduct credit checks and recommend actions based on outcomes
- Periodic and consistent reporting of collection efforts and outstanding debts
- Ability to identify and manage sensitive information with key client accounts/relationships
- Weekly & monthly reporting

**About You**
- 2 years+ Credit Control experience
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excel
- intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationship skills both internal and external
- Excellent attention to detail

**The Benefits**
- $65,000 - $75,000 + super
