Job Description: Factory Processor/Factory Hand (Casual / Part-Time)
Location: Newtown Shopping Centre

We are currently seeking a dedicated Factory Processor/Factory Hand to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Factory Processor/Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet production targets and satisfy customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with fresh meat, cutting, spicing etc
- Assisting in the production process, including packaging, sealing, and labelling of products
- Operating machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to maximise efficiency
- Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.54 - $35.07 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
