**The Role**:
Working as the HR Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes, staff training and development, implementing policies / procedures and administrative support.
**The Duties**:
- Assist with preparing job advertisements
- Screening resumes
- Preparing employment contracts
- Maintaining databases
- Tracking and monitoring performance review processes
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Preparing on-boarding and induction procedures
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Assisting with processing orders
- Providing high level customer service
- General administration support
**The Required Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with recruitment experience in Australia and New Zealand
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Professionalism and team player
