Force Recruitment is a rapidly growing recruitment agency and are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join their team. This position is based within the Force Recruitment office in Zetland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilising various channels and resources.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based targets to contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
