**As a Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Provide effective and timely Customer Service and Telemarketing service
- Striving to meet KPI’s as set for Telemarketing
- Maintaining a safe and harmonious working environment
- Assist Branch in achieving budgets and maximise profitability
- Contribute to continual improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as directed by the Telesales Manager

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Self-Motivation
- Commitment to continual improvement and service delivery
- Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive phone manner.
- Sound oral, written, communication and IT skills
- Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and KPI’s
- Understanding of the hygiene and/or pest control industry - desirable not essential

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wangara, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
