The Officer, Student Equity Evaluation and Partnerships will contribute to a range of student equity initiatives and projects supporting the Education and Employability Guiding Plan. The position will coordinate the monitoring of continuous quality improvement of university’s HEPPP funded student equity projects and programs, to comply with the Department of Education, Skills and Employment’s Student Equity in Higher Education Evaluation Framework (SEHEEF).

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate the monitoring of Deakin’s HEPPP funded student equity projects and programs, to comply with the Department of Education, Skills and Employment’s Student Equity in Higher Education Evaluation Framework.
- Work with stakeholders across Deakin to plan and deliver initiatives that help to activate the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy
- Generate new ideas and shares those ideas with others in the work area to co-design innovative projects relating to student equity
- Understand local processes, prepare standard documents, manage records, regularly track progress of work tasks and identify key issues.
- Deliver effective and efficient outcomes and outputs against team and operational work plans.

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
- Completion of a Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience with program evaluation
- Strong project administration and reporting experience
- Data visualisation experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
