**About the role**
- We are seeking a
**School Officer** to undertake a range of tasks in supporting the needs of students, under the direction of the classroom teacher.
Duties include:

- general classroom support
- guided reading sessions
- preparation of resources and clearing learning materials
- using technology to support learning activities and various administrative duties.

Ideally the successful applicant will have;
- previous experience as a School Officer and hold a minimum Cert 3 in Educational Support
- proven communication and interpersonal skills
- an understanding of the work of an Early Years classroom and a willingness to work as part of a team

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.

**Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required**:3 days/week (12 hours/week) - (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

**Salary level, range or hourly rate**:School Officer Level 3 - $30.97 per hour plus Super
