Housekeeper/cleaner

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, experienced housekeepers to join our housekeeping team in the beautiful SouthWest Region of Western Australia, with a friendly positive can-do attitude.

Ideally you will have a background in the hospitality environment, you will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and be a highly reliable individual.

Western Australian owned and operated, our parks and accommodation cater for all types of travellers from those seeking a nature-based holiday/outdoor experience to those wanting more comfort in self-contained, private accommodation.

Key Position Responsibilities
- Achieving and exceeding guest service standards.
- Prepare and clean rooms, chalets, making of beds, dusting, vacuuming, use of chemicals for bathroom cleaning and replenishing amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
- Cleaning of Common Areas and Facilities.
- Ensure the security and privacy of guests, demonstrating your integrity and diligence always.
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and proactively report of any hazards, faulty or damaged equipment to the maintenance team.
- Willingness to be available for additional or varying duties as required.
- Adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Experience and knowledge of housekeeping operations within resort, hotel or holiday park.
- An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.
- Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work.
- A friendly customer service demeanour and discretion in guest interaction.
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation.
- Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
- A strong appreciation for workplace safety
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to provide a National Police Clearance upon request.
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
