Who are we?

Little Sparrow Melbourne is a boutique and established café brand located in many states around Australia. We are renowned for our welcoming service. We provide specialty roasted coffee, exclusive French baked cakes, pastries and handmade sandwiches.

The Role
- Making Espresso drinks
- Serving customers and using the POS system
- Preparing food & beverages to the highest standard
- Engaging with your colleagues and guests alike

Skills & Experience
- Barist experience (preferred)
- People person with a positive can do attitude
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Calibration of Grinder

Career Minded Applicants;
- Certificate 3 & 4 in hospitality will be offered to all applicants (Preference will be given to eligible applicants)
