Sandwich Maker

We are looking for an experienced Sandwich Hand to join the team at Cafe Gusto Botany. This is a Full time position, Monday - Friday.

We are seeking a Sandwich maker who is a motivated and passionate individual who brings a vibrant energy to the team and overall feeling of the venue. Whilst being highly professional, friendly and maintains a hard working job ethic.

Our café is of a corporate clientele in the heart of Botany. This means we need to be fast paced, friendly yet professional and consistent.

**The Role**
- Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
- Ensure that the kitchen, storage areas, fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils and kitchen surrounds

**About You**
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential
- Self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
- Personable, well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Have excellent communication skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid working rights in Australia

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
