Administration Trainee

Scientific Pest Management has more than 40 years of experience in both domestic and commercial termite protection services.

Scientific operates a comprehensive service network throughout the east coast of Australia, including Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and country regional areas. Located in Kingston, you would be a joining close-knit team who work towards the common goal of being the very best in the industry.

**About the role**

As a Customer Service Rep you will be required to contact our existing customer base to book in services.

**Duties include but not limited to;**
- Receiving inbound customer inquiries and making outbound calls to customers, documenting correspondence accurately;
- Providing information about our products and services;
- Inputting invoices and completing data entry as required; and
- Liaising and providing support to Line Managers and other Departments as needed.

**About you**:

- Clear verbal and written communication skills;
- Confident in conversing with different types of customers;
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment;
- Ability to use multiple programs/systems and screen simultaneously; and
- Strong computer and accurate data entry skills.
