**Key Responsibilities**:
**External Partners**
- Create positive, collaborative and trusting relationships with our external development partners and guide them through the full development lifecycle.
- Proactive internal communication ensures the team always knows what to expect and when to expect it. Ensure they have full context, our feedback and concerns are appropriately communicated and a continual that WE are as excited about the project as they are
- Act as the conduit between external developers and internal PlaySide stakeholders by creating efficient and effective organisation structures and processes that enable high quality games to be approved and delivered on time and within budget.
- Responsible for ensuring thorough and adequate production planning activities are being undertaken by external developers.
- Assist in the coordination of milestone deliveries
- Be an active participant and mentor on project documentation, providing the necessary assistance in the creation of roadmaps, budgets, resource plans and risk assessments.
- Partnering with Release Management to assist developers in a smooth, predictable release phase and into launch. This includes all services PlaySide deliver during this period (QA, Localisation, Age Ratings etc)
- Risk Management - you should see risks coming before the team, and you should proactively identify ways to mitigate them.

**Internal Stakeholders**
- Serve as the developers internal champion amongst PlaySide stakeholders by providing engaging, informative and objective information about the current status of the project.
- Regular reporting of results back to production and leadership to ensure organisation wide continued learning. Communication with external partners and clients to keep them updated on information which may impact their projects.
- Partnering with the Head of Publishing and Executive team to ensure all projects are delivering on time, within budget and to the agreed quality. Active participant in evaluating milestone deliveries and responsible for providing feedback to developers.
- Establish the process by which PlaySide reviews and evaluates prospective publishing games submissions.
- Define and roll out project management best practices to ensure we are efficient and predictable with our Publishing commitments

**What You Bring To The Role**:

- A passion for all things tech and excellent collaboration skills
- Experience shipping new games or shipping releases for live games
- Experience leading game development teams
- Next level verbal/written communication
- Excellent time management
- Understand driving forces behind games in the current market, and the ability and willingness to dig into and learn more when needed. Criteria such as monetization, engagement, retention & the identification of a core loop. Suggest improvements as needed.
