**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Overview: TotallyAwesome is seeking a Content Executive to join our growing Creation Hub Content team.
TotallyAwesome is a kids and teens content digital media company, and our team have been behind dozens of partnerships with huge Australian creators across the gaming, comedy, beauty and lifestyle space. Reporting to the Content & Production Manager ANZ, you will be a part of the team that activates influencer (and original) content for some of the biggest companies in Australia. We’ve worked with Disney, LEGO, Nintendo - just to name a few You will get to work on creative pitches, assist on production sets, and act as a point of contact for agents, clients and talent.

**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
**Support Content & Production Manager with executing influencer content campaigns through every stage of production, from beginning to end**
- Attend brainstorming sessions with Content Team and Sales Team for new campaign briefs
- Coordinate and file documents, invoices, contracts, content deliverables, assets and briefs
- Work with Content & Production Manager on PoP (Proof of Posting) and EoCs (End of Campaign) reports, including sourcing, managing and filing 1st Party insights from TA Creators
- As required, assist with video editing of Creator cutdowns and mashups
**Assist Content & Production Manager with maintaining TA Creator database**
- Source and label new Creators in our influencer marketing platform, Tagger
- Assist with creator bios and insights in sales proposals
**Support Content Producer on the production of **TotallyAwesome Squad** shoots**
- Act as Production Assistant and Runner on set (as required) and support Content Producer with designated tasks which includes, but are not limited to deal memos, OCG processes, maintaining talent sign in sheet, updating Talent Squad details sheet, catering, tracking expenses and invoices, sourcing and maintaining props, assisting with set design and taking behind the scenes shots for our TotallyAwesome Squad YouTube channel’s Social Media platforms
- Create YouTube Thumbnails
- Social Media support for TotallyAwesome Squad which includes editing and posting IG Reels and Stories, as required
- Work with Content Producer on TAS EOC and PoPs

We collaborate, support each other and share the load, and your day may involve jumping in to help support the team where required.
**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
**Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?**
- 2+ years in social media, advertising, public relations, video production or digital marketing.
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written. You will speak daily with influencers, clients and agents, so you must be a master of client and customer service.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, multi-task, prioritise projects and communicate progress with management.
- Must be familiar with the ins, outs and intricacies of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change - things move at a very fast pace here, and you must be able to stay calm, pivot, and come to solutions quickly.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills desirable but not a must-have.
