Trainer and Assessor

**Trainer/Worksafe Assessor - Dogging and Rigging (Basic and Intermediate) High Risk Work Licence**

**Start 20th February, 2023 for temporary sub-contract position, with the view to become a sub-contractor permanent role**

**Salary**: Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience

**About us**

Construction Safety Assurance (RTO 22429) is a small, friendly business known to provide high-quality training for the construction, entertainment, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy and mining industries at our Dandenong South facility.

**The role - start 20/02/2023**

The role is based in Dandenong South. You will be providing training and assessing High Risk Work Licences for:

- CPCCLDG3001 Licence to Perform Dogging (DG)
- CPCCLRG3001 Licence to Perform Rigging - Basic Level (RB)
- CPCCLRG3002 Licence to Perform Rigging - Intermediate Level (RI)

Should you carry appropriate qualifications, there is also opportunity to train and assess:

- CPCCLRG4001 Licence to Perform Rigging - Advanced Level (RA)
- TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck (LF)
- CPCCLHS3001 Licence to Operate a Personnel & Materials Hoist (HP)
- TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate a Boom-type Elevating Work Platform (boom length 11m or more) - WP

Our trainer is known for providing high quality training that sees his students leaving qualified, with confidence. We expect you to the deliver this same level of training.

**Initially, this is an ongoing temporary contract position, starting 20/02/23. We will be looking to make this a permanent role.**

**Minimum requirements**:

- Authorised as an Worksafe Victoria Individual Assessor

AND
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and one of the following:
(i) TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor or

(ii) TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills

and one of the following:
(iii) TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor or

(iv) TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools or

(v) TAEASS502B Design and develop assessment tools

OR the following credential
- A diploma or higher level qualification in adult education

**Salary**: Hourly rate negotiable, depending on experience

Schedule:

- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday 7 am till 3 pm approximately
- No Weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong, Vic 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cert IV in Training and Assessing (required)
- Authorised as a Worksafe Victoria Assessor for licence classes DG, RB & RI (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
