We now have an excellent opportunity to work as a Property Manager within our property management department in Hurstville.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in property management with a positive attitude, who is self motivated and an unbelievable work ethic, as the office has a very fast paced environment.

Main Duties include:

- Primarily responsible for the overall management of residential/commercial properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant
- Conducting Open Homes/ Private Inspections
- Processing Applications
- Ingoing Condition Reports
- Property Visits and Reporting

Skills and Experience:

- Real estate license is essential
- Currents drivers licence and reliable car
- Good computer and communication skills
- Confident in communications, both written and verbal
- Parking will be provided and must be able to work Saturdays.

Pay: $51,316.92 - $94,284.96 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
