**Job Description**:
Inventory Analyst - Blacktown Site
As an Inventory Analyst, you will have the opportunity to grow along with the newly formed SpinCo. You will work with a focused team to deliver high quality healthcare products to our customers. In this role you will:
- Provide expertise in systems-based inventory movements, adjustments, and transactions.
- Communicate with warehouse, manufacture, quality and planning to coordinate activities.
- Provide analytical support to the Warehouse Team.
- Work in close collaboration with teams to identify, develop and support SpinCo strategies for quality and cost improvement.
- Be self-motivated and embrace change.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment and reconciliation of inventories and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with stock quarantine, damage review, disposal, credit and returns management.
- Obtain adjustment approvals and maintain records of inventory adjustments and approvals.
- Produce and maintain reports such as cycle count reports, inventory reports and service reports.
- Provide analytical support and develop reports.
- Attend meetings and present relevant data.
- Work with planners to expedite requests.
- Develop SOPs within the scope of warehouse and inventory management.
- Participate in audits to provide evidence of compliance with inventory and financial policies and procedures.
Your Skills and Expertise:
For success in this role, you will have the minimum qualifications of:
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse inventory role
- Experience working with a diverse supply chain team, including warehouse, planning, manufacture and quality.
- Able to operate and navigate SAP EWM or other WMS.
- Analytical and Data manipulation skills using Excel, Power BI or other tools.
- Reporting and presentation skills
Work Location: Blacktown
Must be legally authorised to work in Australia.
