We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced **Trading Terms Analyst** to join our Food Corporate team at Macquarie Park, (NSW). This role will be responsible for maintaining a central register of Trading Terms agreements/commitments for all suppliers across the food Pillar of Metcash. This role will provide data analysis and reporting to ensure all terms are accurate, and secure. This role works in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is essential.

**In this role**
- Review and analyse existing and new/proposed terms, compare versus current terms, category average and identify risks and opportunities. Communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Generate reports and data from systems to analyse and complete Supplier account reconciliations where required and raise necessary back claims providing supporting documentation.
- Create and maintain vendor master details including payment cycles, bank details and buy period, action Supplier change of ownership and vendor deletion.
- Complete Supplier in liquidation, administration & receivership reconciliations and raise necessary supporting documentation for outcome.
- Document business processes and update as processes change. Seek opportunities for process improvement, highlighting bottlenecks and work with the team to provide solutions.

**You’re likely a Match if**
- Experience with AR/AP or working in an account’s admin role.
- High level of numeric accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business degree/background (desirable)
- Experience or exposure working with big ERP accounting systems
- Ability to adapt to change and shows strong resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights
