**Your new company**

A very intricate, global company that are implementing a lot of change in their payroll processes in order to remain fresh, vibrant and futuristic like their brand and market. Based in the heart of west Sydney, this role will allow you to maintain your Payroll Management and Project skill sets as you balance managing the testing of a Time and Attendance upgrade as well as assist with the project and testings components. Being precise and having high knowledge of payroll compliance and EBA interpretations is key to succeeding at this role.

**Your new role**

You will assist the Project Team with the testing of a time and attendance upgrade by doing the following;
- Business transformation - 4 components:

- People or EA compliance component (Key part of this role)
- Making sure this system has been configured with user requirements
- Produce the correct quantities to be sent to payroll
- Helping with the test process - Test casing unit testing
- System integrations testing
- Historical parallel run test
- Concurrent parallel runs
- Compare the results, then go live
- All the way up to their next running test cases and analysing the result
- Pay codes that get generated and checking that they are correct

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Understanding of any Kronos software apart of the united Kronos group (UK Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central etc)
- Payroll managerial experience
- Understanding enterprise agreements
- Compliance project knowledge
- Implemented systems compliant to company’s agreements
- Brilliant technical skill level
