**What will you be doing?**

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be empowered to create memorable guest experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure, in fact for the entire guest journey Your responsibilities include:

- Providing a warm and personalised welcome
- Efficiently checking guests in and out.
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Working as part of a professional team to deliver on Hilton's promise to provide the most friendly and reliable stays.
- Responsible for the safely and wellbeing of guests and property overnight.
- Assist the Night Manager with general administration and night audit, as required.

Our Night GSA will be rostered across 7 days, with scheduled hours of work being 10.30pm to 7.00am.

**What are we looking for?**

This position requires an average of 32 hours per week with scheduled hours of work being 10.30pm to 7.00am.

- Previous experience in a front office environment is preferred but not essential.
