Next in Health has collaborated with one of Victoria's leading Aged Care and NDIS home care providers, founded in 1957 and they are looking for a new Client Liaison to join a collaborative, supportive, growing team.

**Your day to day duties will include**
- Manage the new referral intake process and attend trade shows and events
- Assist with the administrative requirements for on-boarding new clients including liaising with our clinical team
- You will be the first point of call for all of our new client enquiries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our existing and prospective clients
- Maintaining our CRM including adding new clients, updating client details and maintaining each stage of the sales process
- You will have to arrange client visits for the team with the opportunity to attend client visits as you progress in the role
- Provide monthly reports i.e clients sitting in the pipeline

**As the successful Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator you will need**
- A real team player who enjoys helping others
- Able to build authentic connections with our clients and internal teams
- Demonstrates great communication skills - enthusiastic and friendly with a pleasant phone manner
- A highly organized individual with the ability to perform administrative tasks and manage priorities
- A self starter who can work autonomously and who is Competent in MS Word/Excel/Outlook
- Hold a current drivers licence and be willing to undertake a National Police Check and/or NDIS Screening Check
