Our little coffee cart helped introduce specialty coffee to New Zealand and changed the drinking habits of a nation. Today, we roast coffee for the best independent cafés in the world.

**About the role**

Our Tech’s work Monday to Friday in a small team from our Collingwood site. A mix of in house and on the road work, their scope includes:

- Working with espresso machinery to resolve issues, maintenance and repairs.
- Onsite service visits in metro Melbourne, regional Victoria & opportunities for interstate travel.
- Coordinating with the wholesale team to ensure seamless customer service of installs for new customers.
- Maintain schedules, customer records and compile invoices.
- Offer all our customers friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service.

**_ Please note this role would be starting mid April 2024._**

**About you**

You might be a coffee machine technician already or a seasoned barista with great technical capacity and organizational skills. You might even be an Electrician looking for challenge/change in a new industry. You’ll thrive in a more independent role but enjoy interacting with our customers on the daily.

To nail the role, you’ll have some or all of the below;
- Knowledge of espresso machinery (specifically La Marzocco machines)
- Electrical or mechanical trade knowledge/skills would be helpful
- A café barista background or Roasting experience
- Great customer service skills
- A calm temperament with the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
- A full driver’s license
- The flexibility to cover out-of-hours and weekend callouts from time to time
