**Mission Statement**:
The primary objective of this role is planning and coordination of project activities for medium size to large complex projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

**Your Responsibility**:

- You will use SAP effectively to create and close Project jobs.
- General Project administrative duties including handling of correspondence and liaising with team and their customers.
- You support the Project Manager with preparation of project monthly reports as per set templates and / or ad-hoc reports - Follow documentation processes/ document control.
- You will do Purchasing functions if required purchase order requisitions, goods receipting, invoice tracking.
- You will support the Project Manager with project cost tracking and specific suppliers’ management when requested. To organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.
- You will support the Project Manager with ensuring the schedule, budget and details of given task are well organized. Communicating with various departments about any changes to the project plan.
- You must be with customers to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- You will use tools to monitor working hours, plans and reports. Monitors & controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- You will build and maintains strong relationships with project internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.

**Your Background**
- A high level of organization is required to ensure all job-related documentation and appropriate tools and equipment prepared in advance.
- Ability to independently prioritize workload.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Ensuring reports/timesheets/paperwork are accurately completed and on time.
- Ensure a safe work environment and compliance to all OHS&E regulations and standards.
- Feedback to operations/supervisor/planner on work conditions and proactively identifies areas to implement improvements.
- Good interpersonal skills, good attention to detail.
- Recognizing and acting upon opportunities to build efficient team practices.
