Port Kennedy, Australia Bethanie Group Full time

Bethanie, Western Australia’s leading not for profit aged care and retirement living provider, has been warmly welcoming and caring for seniors for over 65 years. We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and well presented Village Administrator to join the team based at Bethanie Waters Retirement Village located in Port Kennedy. This role is dynamic and comes with different challenges and opportunities, therefore we are looking for a 'go getter' with a passion for customer service. You will have well developed administration skills along with a genuine interest in the aged care industry.

The Village Administrator provides support to the Village Manager and is a key point of contact for our residents.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position, ideally in an aged care or retirement living environment
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload

**Working with Bethanie**
